Boulder Colorado Attractions
I have created this list for the residents of Boulder to give you a list of the best winter activities in Boulder, Colorado. I visit Boulder in the summer, and Eldorado Springs is my favorite, but it is about 30 minutes from downtown Boulder. It is located just outside of Boulder and is the closest day trip to Boulder on the list and is one of my favorites. There are a number of great restaurants, shops, hotels, parks and other attractions in and around the city.
It has a mix of unique Colorado stores and chains when it comes to shopping at Pearl Street Mall. It is full of foreigners, but even the locals love to watch and experience the magic of boulder.
Not far away is the Boulder Valley Ranch, a charming complex next to Boulder Creek and leading to the top of Rocky Mountain National Park. This Colorado region is an attraction to many, and is really a great place to go hiking, biking, camping, fishing and even do some other activities.
You can cycle on one of the many hiking trails or even climb Eldorado Canyon, which offers over 500 technical climbing routes and great views of boulder. Get to know the characters of Boulder with the staff of Boulder Walking Tours and join them to get an idea of the boulders. This national park offers a variety of hiking, biking, camping, fishing and other activities, as well as a great network of hiking trails. s most popular hiking and biking area, Eld orado Canyon, you can climb and hike by cycling along one or many of the trails and even climb the 500-foot-high rocks it has to offer.

Colorado is full of excellent hiking trails, and Nederland is no exception, but there are plenty of places to go hiking in the mountains and around the lakes. The parks around Boulder, Colorado, offer a wide range of hiking and mountain biking opportunities, as well as a variety of food and beverages. Speaking of flatirons, if you're heading to Boulder Colorado in winter, make sure you see the snowy Flatiron. There are a number of places you can go hiking, some of which are particularly interesting, such as Rocky Mountain National Park and Colorado State Park.

There are countless opportunities to enjoy the outdoors in Boulder, and dozens of great events are held throughout the year, including the Boulder County Fair, Colorado State Fair and even the annual Boulder Fest.
If you're not the outdoor type, but still want to be in an aesthetically pleasing and interesting place, Boulder County's Farmer's Market offers a taste of Colorado, while the Boulder History Museum invites you to learn about the history of the area. Museums abound in Denver, and some of the best include the Denver Museum of Art, Colorado State Museum, Denver Public Library and Denver Art Museum. Boulder Beer is located in the heart of the city, just a few blocks from the University of Boulder campus.
In addition to Lookout Mountain, there are several scenic trips in Golden, including the Golden Trail, Golden Mountain Trail and Golden Valley Trail. Visitors with rental cars can easily get to Boulder from Denver in 45 minutes or they can change to RTD Route FF1 and get on board just as quickly. There are also two different companies that offer shuttle service between DIA and Boulder. Hotels offer amenities for business and leisure travelers alike, within walking distance of the University of Colorado Boulder and a variety of restaurants and bars.
The first and second Flatiron hikes are ideal for those looking for a view of the iconic Flatiron boulders, as well as for hikers of all ages.
For those who want a healthy dose of fresh air but don't want to go to the trouble of climbing the Flatirons or satisfying the demands of the Rattlesnake Canyon, the Boulder Creek Path is an excellent alternative. Chautauqua Park offers a variety of trails for those who want to visit the boulders, as well as hiking and cycling. To find these trails, we recommend a visit to the Rocky Mountain Boulders Trailhead on the west side of the park.
Nestled in the Boulder Valley of the Rocky Mountains, the inhabitants are inspired by the natural beauty of the Rocky Mountain Range and its mountains. Indian Peaks Wilderness is recommended for sightseeing, as it is located on the western edge of Boulder County, north of downtown Boulder. It is located in a remote area south of Fort Collins, about 60 miles northwest of Denver, and is one of the most scenic areas in Colorado.
