I'm astonished at all the positive experiences posted with ABC based on my own. My wife's car was damaged and and ABC employee left a note in the car that said, "clean your car B*$*ch" except without the special characters! The owner claimed the employee would be "talked to". Then the car was taken back repeatedly for repairs that were not performed correctly. The windshield wiper reservior was "repaired" with duct tape which eventually released and the reservoir fell out. They were unprofessional both in the work they did and their conduct, they took much longer than estimated, were way overbudget. In the end, I took the car to Pearl Street autobody and they were able to fix all the remaining issues in one visit. On Time. I do not recommend using ABC ever, under any conditions.

After going to ABC to have my car repaired twice now, I don't think there is any place else in Boulder that I would take my car. They are much cheaper than the Jeep dealership and I think they provide much better service in less time. The people at ABC are friendly, fair, and don't give you the run-around. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for a quality auto body shop at a reasonable price!
